CDRT Nepal Clinic
How it Started
In April 2015, after the 7.9 Nepal Earthquake. Our team assisted in the Nepal recovery efforts by running a 30 day Search & Rescue Operation in the District of Sindhupalchowk Nepal. Our love of the area become infectious and our team was determined to return to the region to continue our support of the area. After a great deal of brainstorming, problem solving and fundraising we elected to begin production of the Ruth Weirich Clinic in Palati Nepal. By February 2017 our team had raised enough funds to build, outfit and operate the Community & Disaster Response Team Ruth Weirich Clinic in Palati Nepal.
Committed to giving free medical treatment to help improve the overall health of the Sindhupalchowk community by providing quality care and service in both a professional and compassionate manner.
Community & Disaster Response Team has Partnered with the Santa Rosa Kasthamandap Lions Club to ensure the people of Sindhupalchowk get the care they deserve.
